Samed Island looks like triangle shape and has a few mountain which locate complexly. There are many lowlands along the beach mostly at the northern and eastern of the island. And there are White Samed trees and Red Samed trees so that’s why it’s called “ Koh Samed ” island. And the most important thing is it locates near Bangkok so it is easily to go.

The most popular beach is Had Mae Ram Peung ( Ban Khon Aow ) which locate away from Rayong City about 11 Km. and has 12 Km. long. There are accommodation for the visitors available. And has nice clean beautiful beach and sea for swimming. Finally at the end of the beach , there will be small artisanal fishery village.
