“ Pai ” is a small city that surround by the hills and locate next to Thai – Burma Border. In the winter, the climate is very cold. This small city is usually cover by fog in the morning  and you might see the tree on the foothills. You can also see the simple ways of life of the natives. So all of above, is the unique characteristic of Pai district.

there are some interest activity here such as mountain bike riding along Chiangmai and Pai which very challenge all bikers with devious route and you can also see fabulous view along side of the route.

Another exiting activity in Pai is to floating raft in the river which is the first place that have this kind of activity. You will floating a raft on the river of Pai which contain a lot of reef in the water and beautiful view along side of the river. This is the most popular activity for the tourist which you can not miss it. And the nature of Pai river is not the same in each season, the water level will change and the water is cold all year long.
 

At least but not last, Pong Duad Hot Spring which is the Geyser type which has high temperature and high pressure and spouting into soil almost all the time. From parking-lot, there is shady pathway to Pong Duan Hot Spring 500 meters and there is safety area to visit Pong Duad Hot Spring. Sometimes, hot spring will have 2 meters height and have rather strongly our with eight meters height of steam 200 meters not far away, there is also mineral bathe for tourists. Tourists should have at least half day at there, but if you have much time, we can camping or have natural route study which has both half day (2 hours) and two nights overstayed.
